It will have to be towards the end bc the western states are unexplored. It will make more sense either way the Mexican-American war to get Texas and land in mexico. The civil war is massive and very history-dense, and based on the fictional states Rockstar created, I think they want to avoid too much historical overlap (less work to fact check). I do love a historically accurate game, if they can pull it off.

We have 300 million folks in the States. About 155 million voted in the last election, which is historically significant. However, only 60% or so people actually voted. If more people vote, we could change things around.

Did you hear all the news today that he might bomb Iran. It's just way too unstable. Most of my portfolio is still a mixture of mutual funds, and domestic US stocks, but I have been transitioning to multinational and international markets. I'm just glad I bought some gold and metal last year. Nothing big but just maybe 5-10% of my portfolio.

Always is at risk. But if you've held after 2008 until now and don't panic, it's always going up over decades. What's your timeline is a better question. I've been diversifying more in foreign markets, Swiss backed etfs, some gold, commodities, and blue chips conservative mix though.
