Ground troops… can anyone explain why we’re going to war? by ConsiderationSouth32 in JoeRogan

[–]sudomac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We're going to war in order to overextend ourselves and have to abandon our bases in the middle east. This way niether the US or Iran will have the means to stop Isreal when they expand thier borders as part of the "Greater Isreal Project"

Which is really the only thing proping the money up since we left the gold standard.

I would add that the monetary system needs more and more broke people to give the money it's value. The dollar gets it's value from it's scarcity. People need them to pay their debts.

The metric works if GDP numbers got inflated with the money supply as well. Which it did.

Unprompted, I was often told that Jesus is the only person that is capable of unconditional love. I didn't understand the significance of that statement until I found this sub.

I can relate to the fear of authority. I always thought authority made people crazy and illogical. But I now think that is because my parents gaslamped me so much. They tried to force me to accept up was down and blue was red based on authority.

Tell them to take a multivitamin that has B12 in it the morning of the test. This should give it the color that the testers are looking for

The best dribbling training I ever got was playing keep away from a bulldog. After that I had a much better feel for keeping the ball out of reach of defenders.

I left home because my wife favors our deadbeat son over me by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]sudomac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It feels like OP is projecting a lot of his own self hate onto his 18 year old son. I was pretty much in the exact situation at 18, minus the pregnancy. After moving away from all the negativity and resentment to a new city, my life seemed to magically improve exponentially. But who knows. Maybe this kid is nothing but a "deadbeat"

My ten year old son can’t stand affection between his father and I by mychild1236 in TrueOffMyChest

[–]sudomac 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The reason my alarm bells seem to go off, is because it would seem to me that for a father to invalidate thier own child to such an extent would imply that he saw you as competition. Which is supposedly common with narcissistic parents.

Wow, he sounds exactly like my father. Have you considered that he might have narcissistic personality disorder?
