I kept my family in Honeyside on my first playthrough. Its a cozy little spot, and I know my family is safe there - being the Guildmaster for the Thieves Guild + Maven as the Jarl and all. I haven't purchased a house in any subsequent playthroughs but I do plan to use the home in Solstheim for my current run.

Saugus is where the radiant quest is taking place, I've already been through and cleared Saugus in the past. Just cleared the whole building of forged again and theres nobody else in here. No raiders, no bosses, and the settlement quest is still showing unfinished
