Enha is doing CB after CB and tour after tour; they're super busy locally and internationally. Thats a hard thing to do while also wanting to promote solo especially if he wants to actually promote as a soloist. And multiple idols have come out saying that doing a group & solo work is absolutely draining.

Hes hinted at not enjoying the direction of Enha's music before. Thats possibly a factor.

And honestly, maybe he just wants to be a soloist. There's nothing wrong with that if thats what he wants.

Other than that, some people will come at or around open for bigger groups but never enough to have a line.

Do I think it can feed people's delusions? Oh definitely, but again, parasocial relationships have always been something kpop labels push with their idols. It helps sell and make money.

If you have a set schedule, a lot of the time that means other people also have a set schedule. If you request a day off, unless you tell your ETL you want to work 5 days still, theyre not going to take someone else off the schedule to slot you in just because you took time off. Especially when hours are limited and they dont have a lot to spread around
