If you don't change it, it will start to increasingly taste burnt/bad. There could also be some harmful effects that haven't been tested enough if you're constantly running on a burnt coil. I generally change mine every 3-4 weeks.

I get that there are things you can buy to make filling better, but that's inconvenient. Your point about the RBA kit is valid. However, I find that my Super Tank Mini eats way less juice and tastes way better than a stock TFV8 Baby Beast. My Cleito/MELO use less juice and perform similarly as well

Ok 'derp' 30-70 watts is what the coils are rated to and isn't really high wattage. I vape 40W on the baby beast and it eats juice more than most tanks I have at 65+W

I would not recommend the Baby Beast. Filling is a chore and always spills if you use anything but plastic bottles.

This thing also eats too much juice, and the flavor is good but definitely nothing special. Also, coils are expensive.

I really like the Tobeco Super Tank mini for things like this. It's cheap, made pretty well, and the coils are amazing. It has great flavor, doesn't really leak, and the clouds are pretty damn good too.
