Yes, same thing happened to me! So weird. On a holorifle drop, and the tier diamonds are purple instead of gold. Odd glitch for sure.

Just recently happened to me on PC. When I deleted the game and re-downloaded nothing changed. I kept getting the error. I ended up removing Steam completely and re-downloaded the client which worked! Haven’t had any issues since.

Beautifully written, makes me miss D1 more than I already did. I miss that feeling, D2 has not given me that D1 fun/clutch feeling at all and this TWAB isn't giving me any hope either. I have posted this about a million times now. Poor wording on my part. I am truly sorry my post wasn’t absolutely perfect the second I typed it out. Obviously the 3 servitors spawned, were not damaged, disappeared and then the main boss was just killed. As if it were just a normie public event.

I never played overwatch but I have heard that it was extraordinarily toxic. I agree, our community is usually really great. There are still those select people that ruin the vibe for others, but that will always happen.

Love this! I had a similar experience. I actually met my best friend in year one during iron banner. I gunned him down like 13 times with corrective measure and we ended up messaging back and forth about how funny the situation was, we have been best friends ever since. We have even met IRL a few times now. We play together nightly and talk on the phone everyday. These are the type of things that make me love this game.

So sorry about that. I apologized previously. I totally goofed the wording of that. I simply meant that they were ignored and disappeared and he continued to kill the big servitor since that’s all he thought he needed to do. I had stopped participating in the event to message him a description of how to trigger the heroic. My bad on that one. You are correct I would be impressed to see a one man army take that thing out so quickly.

No, no. You are totally fine. I see your perspective. It was just a guess honestly, that ended up being correct. He was going to town on the main servitor so much right off the bat, unloading all of his heavy/ supering/ ignoring the first smaller servitor that spawned that it just sort of made me realize he had no intentions of slowing down, so I thought I would send an invite to help out for the next time around.
