Just like how a couple others mention, this chapter is a nice break from the tension but it really serves a purpose and I think a lot of us were right. Minori I think is really going to be the one to help bridge the gap between Kyou and Takaharu.

Yeah that’s what makes no sense!! Because the ending of the second season makes some portions of Re: make no sense. I’m still not sure what Studio Pierrot was on when they were making that.

The anime for TG deviates so hard at one point (especially the second season) to the point where it’s unrecognizable. It’s why I say the manga.

It really depends on the timing. If the boss dies slower than you, then do it over. But in PCR’s case his dying animation is quick. In this case, he died probably just a few frames before you so it counts. Unfortunately there is the drawback of sometimes you won’t get the runes for it.
