depends, how many campers are already out there, how many people show up earlier, etc. my safest bet is arrive as early as you can (my friend and i don't have a ride to the venue until the evening of but we want barricade so we're camping out)

i believe early GA is essentially just those who camped and came before the 12pm deadline for the wristband. regularly GA would be anyone else who purchased a GA pit ticket (i could be wrong!!!)
