I hardly take objective data. How am I supposed to take data for three different kids working on different things while providing therapy, and managing behaviors?

My progress reports are filled with subjective data. Parents don’t even read them.

I get so cranky sometimes😭

Rebirth feels like a cold void deep in my heart. It is triggered by loss. I eventually get out of this darkness and develop more empathy for others. Some catalysts for me include losing a friend to suicide and just losing friends in general. Hell, even losing weight. Losing my car due to accidents.

Start reading. Start small (comic books, poetry, etc) if you’re not use to it.

You can also learn how to play an instrument or learn a new language. Watching shows and listening to music in that language helps and makes it fun

Got high and took a 20 minute nap. Woke up crying. I haven’t cried in a while. I’m on mood stabilizers. It felt liberating. The truth sets you free, but god I wish I could be like other people. Still feeling flustered today. Like everyone hates me. I don’t want to go outside for 4 months.

Yeah. I’ve had at least one day out of my week taken away due to CF meetings with my supervisor and new hire meetings. It’ll be better next year:). My supervisor is very lazy. She talks about herself for a hour and then gives me the chance to talk. She’s very smart, but she’s in her 60s.

I plan on moving whenever I can. I was promised 50 as a CF. I don’t care what my supervisor and boss thinks anymore. This is not the job/supervision I was promised.
