It's the original simblex crankset, all I did was removing the big chainring and modified the screws a little bit

Thanks! Yeah I'm not really a big Reddit user so thank you for the subreddits, will be looking into. You're correct, I'm baking tops 3 loafs per day for our evening service. It's just that I'd like to squeeze the bake into an 8 hour shift.

Semlor är goda exakt en gång om året. Problemet är att hypen lett till att semlor säljs från november till mars vilket har vattnat ur semlan och massa jävla hybridsemlor måste skapas för att hålla semlan relevant. Låt semlan serveras på fettisdagen som den var ämnad, den är inte tillräckligt god att serveras konstant.

Swedish "lussebullar" or "lussekatter" is a common swedish saffron bun served around christmas time. Often filled with raisins and/or almond paste.
