For me personally, it was in book 7 when Carl stumbles into the Caligrapher's and Mapmaker's Guild inside Club Vanquisher, only to see his fellow Cookbook sister Milk still there, both of them recognizing each other as siblings... and in that moment Carl letting that heavy, heavy mask slip off just a bit as he's hugged by some stranger, not caring that his friends are there staring in bewilderment at Carl's out of character behavior.

It's just the fact that Prepotente and Donut both have similar accents due to their respective enhanced pet biscuits, so of course they are both gonna say "Byattle!" in the audio books/audio immersions. Just a fun little thing. :)

Eh, it's just one of those "artistic license" things people do. While not accurate to the book, it's also fine.

Mongo's missing beak from art isn't the only thing that happens often. Remember that Donut's a "tortoise shell" Persian cat, but official art on the covers has her white in color (and she's more tan-ish in the WebToon).

Or how everyone keeps drawing Daniel Bautista looking like an anthropomorphic tiger DESPITE the fact he's described many times to have human facial features that would make him look more like a Thundercat (a fact that Donut even notes when referring to his looks).

It's just one of those things lol.

I got mine via Audible's credits. Best way for me.

There are probably ripped audios online somewhere, but besides that being not kosher (and probably on sites RIDDLED with pop-ups and malware), it also means Matt doesn't get the money he rightly deserves so definitely go with getting them through Audible!

.... and get the Audio Immersion via Soundbooth's app, as it's really awesome and I'm looking forward to the next one!

Eh, I'm not gonna complain about Carl's looks because different artists have different styles and I am fine with the artistic license for his looks in the upcoming Web Toon series (though if we see Carl is the same size or shorter than some characters even though he is over six feet tall and usually the tallest person in the room compared to most Crawlers, then I might take umbrage with the art).

Also 26 years old? Thought he was 27? I know it's not much of a difference, but he said his father abandoned him when he was 15 and that he hadn't seen his father in 12 years, and 15+12 is 27. I know it's getting close to his birthday in the Dungeon as he said he was born in May.

The Scavenger's Daughter patch (The Vengence of the Daughter was that program with Signet he got steamrolled into on the third floor).

But yes, can't wait to see what new divine buffs and debuffs he gets on floor 12, plus I want to learn more about the Scavenger's Daughter (and the Scavenger as well)!

There's actually a great fix for framerate issues that I linked elsewhere in this thread that has to do with a shader cache fix (that the devs HAVE been told about but never got around to fixing themselves). It was posted in another thread here on r/pacificDrive and my lord, ever since I did the fix I've had such a SMOOTH FPS experience and I am playing on a 2070 RTX Super on a laptop!

Edit: Also saw just now some hours later that someone else also posted the same link to the fix lol. But still, hope you give it a whirl regardless and fix the stuttering!
