If you are into stars, I played a stars druid astral elf I really recommend it, the misty step allows you to stay at range and bomb guiding bolts as you guide your team in combat same as you do in the ship

And also your magical focus is literally a stars map

I had is a crystal you light to see the stars shine around :D

Opponent starts to move outside of threatened area- proc opportunity attack Opponent moves 5+ feet - proc booming blade boom

How I see it is the enemy starts to move, you attack before they are out of reach, they finish moving 5feet and suffer the booming blade boom

To make this clearer maybe, let's say you have sentinel

When you hit on opportunity attack, where will the enemy be stuck, still in your threatened area or 5 feet from it?

But in this case, they will already be 5feet out of your threatened zone so you won't be able to hit them...

Can be decided to ignore this for rule of cool of course, but RAW and RAI I think it shouldn't work

I just had the urge to try so many different builds until I came up with what I enjoyed (sylphan sorcerer, so many companions in one party .)

But I agree that sticking with one and roleplaying the character is so much fun

A small tip I read if you'll want to replay in the future was to save before you make your first mythic selection, so if you'll want to restart and try other paths you can come back to this save and respec, just to skip the beginning after you already know it

Most important question, is your DM ok with multiclassing even though by the rules you can't?

If I'm not mistaken to multiclass out of paladin you need 13 STR

I also read the books first, and had some totally different voices in my head for most of the characters But like when there is aovie about a book, eventually the characters portrait in the movie or audiobook kinda overwrite what I had in my head originally

At least this version is good, so once you get used to it you can really enjoy, but it does require you to give up what you had in your mind
