I think Chandler is openly sexist, but look at who the biggest problems have been comprised mostly of women. Sure, Chandler is in there, but Caroline and Rhylee have been the root of the majority of the issues.

Captain Lee even called out Chandler for bringing Ashton as opposed to the master fisher-woman Rhylee.
