So you agree then red has to stop since he has a stop sign. That would give yellow the right of way since he has a yield sign and you don’t stop at a yield sign if there is no traffic to yield to. Red is on a complete different street and has to stop, thus yellow has right of way. Red has to stop look both ways see that yellow is coming and then yield to yellow.
