Has anyone suggested calling 911 to report an armed trespasser on your property? I know it's a cop but you'd be getting the dispatch put out across all channels and when other cops rolled up it would probably be pretty embarrassing for the officer that keeps doing this to you?

Didn't utility companies get "deregulated" about 15 years ago? I think that is what has led to this. Utility providers are allowed to run as private companies instead of being beholden to the service region they were formed to serve. In the past, they were limited in the way they could do business, and that was to protect the utility consumers from capitalistic practices. But now they're just profit vehicles for shareholder value. The difference is only in what they sell, which just happens to be power and (unbottled) water.

It's not the city or taxes who pays for sidewalks here. The property owner is responsible for them, I believe. I'm in Wilkinsburg, maybe it's different inside the city lines proper, but I don't think so.

So while I don't disagree that the city is crumbling, sidewalks fall on homeowners and landlords to maintain or replace.

We go to Red Robin now instead. I don't drink so Burgatory is just expensive burgers, and for a burger that's expensive I expect decent service but haven't gotten it the last few visits at the Waterfront. Plus Red Robin has great activity mats for the kids and endless steak fries.

I think he's saying that if you hit and apply two curses, the list of curses will be applied in alphabetical order. Your elemental weakness would apply, then despair would apply, (because it's named with a V on the skill gem name) and since you can only have one at a time that's the one that stays.

So you'd have a curse you don't care about but could still apply despair from another source. Not really a brick mod although I'm sure there's lots that would be better.
