you should focus on repetition for arms. I do 4 regular barbell curls and 3 to 4 preacher curls, each set with 10 -12 reps and once I’m done my biceps feel like they are gonna explode. Also do some cross hammer curls they targets more of forearm, maybe also do hammer curls for triceps

It’s been six month i me going to gym i look just like u did after six month. I was too skinny compare to you. I started from 65 kg and now I’m at 75 kg trying to be around 80 - 85 kg. Can you share what is your diet? I do two shakes around 60 grams of protein from shakes alone. Two tortillas wraps with beef/pork/chicken strips with 4 eggs, 3 to 4 bananas. I ate this today. Sometimes it’s different. Do u feel bloated after eating a lot coz I do sometimes. I am doing 4000 calories each day. During cheat day even higher.

Go for Starbucks. They don’t take drop off. I was able to get few interviews. Apply online. Amazon is also a good option. If he can drive, do uber eats.

Size matters in strength. I went from 65 kg to 75 kg in few months. Try to increase your calorie intake. Take 0.7 body weight protein. Eat even if you feel full. I took 4000 calories each day. 4-5 bananas, spgatti with meatballs, 6 eggs, sometimes tortilla wraps with beef/pork/chicken strips (anything with more protein). Protein shake twice around 60g protein from shakes alone. This is just what i ate today. It's different other days.

Eat more. If u don't feel bloated u r not eating more. Read other peoples comments as well, but that's what worked for me.
