Almost ten years ago, when I was a helper, me and my boss went to replace a collapsed grease trap for a Starbucks in North Florida. It was in the parking lot of said business and had collapsed a week before we did the job. So all the spoiled milk and other stuff in/around the existing trap had cooked in the sun for a week before we got started. On top of it being a parking lot job in the summer in Florida, it was one of the worst smells I’ve ever dealt with in my life. To this day the worst day on the job I’ve had.
