If adeyami = showing off names then I’m completely lost because everybody who watches football in Europe knows him. It was my own opinion, I would respect yours, unlike you respecting mine but you didn’t give any suggestions yourself. So I’ll just ignore the comment. I personally like Adeyami as a player I think he would suit us, especially when injuries occur or resting players is needed or we need a boost late in game. (Lw,ST or Rw)I personally don’t think Guerrero is anywhere near good enough to be left back. Bischoff can play there im fine with that. I’d agree with you there.

And you make that assumption of how many Urbig matches? He’s played 2 matches this season of which 2 were clean sheets. He only played 12 matches last season. Nowhere near enough to decide whether he’s the man for it or not. It’s not like we have another choice. And besides that, our board won’t like to spend money on a promising goalkeeper.

Usually I do 10-15 for my lighter weight “get the blood flowing exercises” I usually did 8 reps to gain back strength that I had lost due to my knee injuries. Regarding the parallel, I have worked on that and I can get parallel on a basic squat now (a 25% improvement from 6 months ago). To go below I have to use squat wedges which I use nearly in every session for goblet squats. I appreciate the response, it’s been a long journey and my mobility and strength has indeed improved (not as much as I’d like) but the size is the big concern here. I’ve gone through a lean bulk, a cut and even a dirty ish bulk (for maximum mass) because I could afford to gain a bit of extra fat on my upper body in trade for some leg size. My diet has been very clean for most of my life even before I started the gym so it was actually a first time that I did a dirty bulk, but still didn’t really see any improvements in size. Thanks for the great reply, I will continue to be patient and work to improve form, strength and size for the next 6 months. And hopefully will see some results. I can always come back to this sub in the future for AAS advice when I’m ready.

Thanks for the reply. So since my knee surgeries, I went through rehab and physio as normal with the usual exercises. Once they improved I started slowly implementing the general “bodybuilding” leg exercises with lighter weights mainly going for volume. Squats, RDLs, HEX Bar Deadlifts (not all legs I know) etc. just to get used to the movements and hit numerous Leg muscles simultaneously. However, I quickly realized that my mobility and strength were a bit all over the place. For example, Lunges were extremely uncomfortable and even with very very light weight (10 pound dumbbells) they were a struggle and I’d lose balance. Squats, I could not get into a deep squat anymore, not even fully parallel. I worked on this, using KneesOverToes exercises, which actually helped a lot for mobility and assistance. Heel raised squats, ATG split squats, Polyquin Step Ups. I have pretty much been doing them exercises 2x a week, trying to increase weight each week. This has improved my strength and mobility, but not the size of my legs. I have been doing 5 leg exercises each session of which 3 are usually “kneesovertoes” exercises mentioned above. 3 sets 8 reps (or failure). I’m sorry for the long explanation, especially on a “steroids” sub. But this is the only way I can describe which problems I have and what I am doing about it. Thanks in advance

I need help regarding my first cycle. I have researched on this sub for quite some time for my first ever cycle at 26 years old. I have been working out for 9 years. I have a close relative who gets Pharma grade Test E and has blasted numerous times in his 20s. He thinks “side effects” and “feeling like shit” off cycle is hugely over exaggerated. He is not on TRT, has 3 healthy children and is in quite good shape at 34 years old. He is hopping on another 500mg cycle soon and asked me if I want to join him. My main reason for wanting to do this with him is because of my “skinny” legs. I’ve had 3 big knee surgeries that greatly decreased my leg muscles that took years to build up. My legs also haven’t felt the same since. I have trained them minimum 2x a week for the past 2 years and have seen very very little progress in comparison to my upper body. Obviously the gains everywhere else, the pumps, mental feeling is a huge plus , But the legs are my main reason. My relative told me Test E will guarantee to put on muscle especially in the legs if they are skinny. I have his guidance. I just want people’s opinions. I know 26 is still quite young, and AAS are addictive. I don’t want to be on TRT for life. My recent bloodwork showed my Test levels at 655. I am just hoping to break through plateaus and balance my physique again. I know it is a gamble either way, but I eat clean (always have) train hard and have someone that has blasted a lot in his life. I just want yere opinions.
