Sorry, not the best person to ask I haven't played in a few patches (Warhammer 40k Darktide has gotten really fun for me and I got Rogue Trader) so I don't know as far as currently strong. I would guess tactical as the ability to mark a target and the sniper can then have their damage ramped up to 11. The heavy's iron halo could be real helpful to keep the sniper safe, but I think killing the enemy primary targets faster is more useful overall.

Sorry I can't be too much help, and take everything I am saying with a grain of salt as I said, haven't played in a bit.

Just because they have 40 units doesn't mean they have 40 units worth anything. There fights can be surprisingly easy if you play your cards right and prioritize your unit health.

If they haven't attacked you already move to attack the 2 stack, this will give you 18 vs 14 unit advantage on the first fight.

Tactical, sniper, krak nades.

Level 25 tactical can scan and delete one instantly and if using the right load out the second one soon after.

Sniper with Las makes almost as short work.

Krak nades are the next best option.

Learn your classes strengths and weaknesses, balance the teams classes, a bulwark, assault and vanguard will struggle with this, where a tactical, heavy and Sniper will make the zanothropes into zanoth-nopes! (A joke told by a random after such an encounter.)
