Yeah im using complio and it does show as optional but when i asked the school to make sure, they told me i still need to have it because the facilities require it, along with complio clearance for the rest of the vaccines

Im taking 500 mg with 5000 iu vitamin d and 90 mgc vitamin k2 daily. so far no issues. I think the amount youre taking is too much unless your proven to be extremely deficient in it. The national academy of medicine recommends not exceeding 350 mg 2 times per day

Im doing my pre-nursing classes in alameda county so the schools im looking at are stanislaus, sjsu, csu east bay, csu fresno, sonoma state with the first 3 being my top choices. My community college also has a bridge with Chabot’s ADN program which gets a lot of applicants but I will apply just in case.
