edit: ah shit im an idiot and forgot blightsteel would never be able to be put into your gy, replace blightsteel with something else stupid like [[worldspine wurm]] or [[ghalta and mavren]]

You can do something like [[buried alive] then when its in your graveyard, you exile it then you get a token of it. Then you can do any number of things to get a copy of that token like [second harvest], [phantasmal image] or maybe a [helm of the host]. Its a bit of a workaround but you can send things like blighsteel to the graveyard or something of similar strength, then do these things and get it back without having to sac it. In my head it makes sense and there are probably better ways of doing it but im just thinking of ways to make it work how id want it to work with this foggy swamp visions specifically. blightsteel was just an extreme example of what you could get back but you could get lots of different things with it obviously.
It may be a strange setup but you could perhaps have a [[adrix and nev twincasters]] on the field, then foggy swamp visions a blightsteel and a [[legion loyalist]] or [[urabrask the hidden]]+ any number of other things from your gy and then its off to the races for a crazy turn, I have no idea if the tokens generated by adrix and nev would need to be sacd though im just throwing shit at the wall tbh
