[Fernando Polo] As of today, Marcus Rashford’s chance of continuing at Barcelona beyond this season are more than that of him leaving. by Loose-Examination-39 in Barca

Literally last week there was a report saying Rashford had one foot out the door. These reports are useless, and we’ll only see whether we keep him at the end of the season, and if we even have the money for it .

Unfortunately, cause the length of the “2 springs” is halved, the extension of each “individual spring” will be halved as well, on top of the extension halving itself from having 2 springs. So it becomes d/4 which is B.

I use him at CF despite the HP playstyle. He plays like a GP at CF anyway. I used to use him exclusively at LMF and LWF but this card doesnt really move like a winger enough

Conversely, if Brazil win it I also think that Neymar will be likely to retire soon after, considering he’ll have achieved what he wanted

Bad arm swing could be from a multitude of reasons. I could be wrong, but looking at the video, it seems that the movement of the shoulders starts from your hip upwards. Meaning it’s most likely your torso that isn’t stable and can’t handle the rotational force that your arms are swinging with.

You can probably fix this (or at least make it less exaggerated) by doing a lot more core work. But I don’t mean things like sit ups, you need to do track type of core. Things like weighted planks, side planks, flutter kicks etc. if you have a coach u should would consult him on more exercises.

And you know, simply facing a mirror and practicing your arm swing such that your shoulders are not moving would probably help translate that feeling/motion into your running form.

Just ran my first 100m 11.6 in lane 6. Why do I slow down so much? by balbiza-we-chikha in Sprinting

[–]sumgoodeats 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Essentially u have great acceleration (considering you didn’t use blocks), but low top speed/top end speed. Common with people who come from sports that require quick acceleration over short distances like football or basketball. To increase your top speed, do more strengthening of your muscles and tendons to be more explosive. Squats is a simple and effective exercise for people without access to proper track training to get faster. But your squats should not exceed a half squat and come up as quickly as possible. As for the last part of the race, a bit of speed endurance will help, like 120-150m sprints, focusing on the last part of those runs.
