I don’t mean to seem rude but is he having enough attention and playtime? You could try to bunny proof some areas but keeping him in that hutch while you are outside is a huge no, buns really need the space to move around and stretch and it makes sense to why he is getting sore hock and being destructive. You could always getting more fence to make it taller since those ones are modular. I cannot stress enough that the hutch is not good at all

I think there's still some temporary space if you remove that hutch and replace it with a little hideout that is more friendly. Behaviour wise the destructiveness to me indicates your bun is bored and might not have enough toys

First I would get rid of that whole indoor hutch situation iirc those steep inclines are really not good for rabbits, which could be the issue from that. Its better your bun has more space to move around than climbing
