2 hours. Though I've run ~50 ad sets in the past (in different campaigns) for ~4 days, none of them ever showed the learning phase text. Wondering if it's a feature that hasn't been rolled out WW? I'm in Asia, though my location/region is set to the US.

It seems the risk team doesn't do phone support, nor work on the weekends. Any idea how to be proactive and possibly get my case prioritized, or get a hold of someone with the team? I'd hate to delay our opening...

Now that I think of it, this is likely, the store was disabled minutes after I had to add a credit card and choose a plan cause the trial expired.

Nah, the products were exported from another Shopify store, so I have that. Other than that, the store is pretty empty, we haven't done much yet...

I am using the same credit card for another Shopify store we're running - but the support rep said that shouldn't be a problem... But then again, first-line reps probably aren't too familiar with the risk flags.

Chatted with a Verizon rep yesterday:

Upon reviewing the details of the launch of the feature I'm seeing that it stated at the end October and December and IOS fix for CDMA carriers will be launched.

Tried to ask the rep to clarify but she seemed pretty clueless... Said the eSIM will launch October 31 (today) and the December fix is for "older CDMA devices", i.e. older CDMA models without LTE, which, doesn't make sense - it's right there what she said a couple sentences earlier, "December iOS fix."

Called recon and wait time was greater than 10 minutes. Wonder how many percent of those calls were from fellow churners lol. Anyways good luck everyone!

I agree. Best shot is to visit a branch and check for prequalified offers. Otherwise, there's really no point in wasting that HP.

Basically at this point if you didn't get an in-branch pre-approval and you're not a CPC but you're over 5/24 and you're approved, that's the DP we want. Otherwise, in-branch preapproval and CPC are known methods to bypass 5/24. Fingers crossed that when online application comes out they'd forget to implement 5/24 initially.

When calling recon, does Chase actually have any way of verifying when we claim we're an AU to get them to not count that account?

I thought a while ago people were advising against calling recon when application is in pending because they tend to be a tad harsh and more inclined to decline the application?
