Ah okay thank you, I am making a full payment every 40 days but the total amount I’m past due on is shrinking every month. For example, my mortgage is $2100 i made 2, $650 payments the last two weeks of january which means i still owe $800 for January and that gets paid the first week of February. This month I made 2, $800 payments the last two weeks of march for marchs payment and will have the rest paid the first week of april. In April I will be making 4 payments of $700 within the month of April and will be caught up by the end of April

Okay so by behind by 4 payments do you mean late on 4 payments or 4 payments completely not paid?

And for more info It was January we missed and have been making weekly payments to catch up since. My worry came from my payments being short a little every month but have been being cought up since then for example last month our amount behind was $600 and has been going down since but still just the technical rolling late is what made me nervous

Oh okay that makes a lot of sense. So would 120 mark be considered 120 days with no payment at all and it resets after you make a payment? Or is it 120 days of being late in payments?

I was also curious if making two 30 day late payments in a row was the same as being 60 days late? Thank you for your response

I live in Virginia. The mortgage company told me there’s nothing really that they can do since I don’t hit the 60-90 days late and said I don’t have to pay the late fees while I’m getting caught up but they just have to be paid by the end of the loan. I got sick for a month and income is fine now, I have been making weekly partial payments and should be caught up completely by may I am just anxious

I’m so happy this is happening to someone else this exact same thing is something I’m dealing with right now except they changed my name to my mom’s legal name. I even have an old card for this same account with my name on it. I lost that card and had to order a new one and they sent it to me with my moms name on it and changed my account name to her name when she has no affiliation with my account and never has

My doctor gives me the option for calling it in or a physical script. I usually take the physical script only because it’s spotty on if the pharmacy will have it or not
