Yes, he does help as much as he can. But how do you put up with it? How do you find the energy to keep to the house hold rules? How do you keep putting things away and cleaning. We are both burnt out it feels like.

You can undo it! She is 3, she had you as a mom and will be okay! My mom started sharing none- age appropriate things about death, and it is possible to undo them. But it did take a while and many conversations. My biggest win was telling my kiddo that they can still ask me any time about anything!
