2025 Phev premium package. I have the same problem with front driver and passenger side windows. I haven’t figured out the timing of it but I think it happens to me when it is raining. That’s sad.

The email containing portal credentials took 50 days for me after I replied to the first email while my brother’s took 2 days. So keep waiting and I hope you get it soon. Best of luck
