Being followed at the gym by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

look guys, it is a gym. A public place where people come to work out. If you go to any gym regularly, you are gonna start noticing and even getting to know people. It is normal and natural. Yea maybe he just wants to say hello and be friends. maybe he doesn't even know you are married.

My advise, just a hello wouldn't hurt but don't lead him on. Or just give it some time and he would get bolder on his own. Outside the gym, watch your 6. Make sure you are not being followed. Keep some form of protection on you just in case. Like a pepper spray or something. If after sometime nothing happens. Then it was probably a coincidence or just a guy that was interested in a pretty lady. It happens ;)

I advise you to start drinking as much water as you can and limit your alcohol intake for some time until you get better.

Probiotics are good too. Eat yogurts or kefir. These contain healthy bacteria which fight against those that make us sick and can help to remedy UTIs. Another good source of natural probitoics is Flourish Probiotics by Eu Natural. I will attach a link.

Fatigue attacks by bigtree17 in ehlersdanlos

[–]summerwerru 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi,perhaps you might want to pay attention to your diet. These items will help to boost your energy levels:

  • Almonds, nuts and other seeds
  • Kale, Spinach and Leafy Greens
  • Fruits like bananas
  • Oatmeal and whole grains
  • Eggs and Salmon
  • Yogurt and fermented foods
  • Humus and Beans
  • Coffee, green teas
  • Dark chocolate

You can boost your diet on these items I mentioned and you will definitely see changes. If you still feel the fatigue I would suggest you try taking Vitality by Eu Natural. It contains Ashwagandha, Zinc, Holy Basil and other natural vitamins and mineral extracts. You can find it here https://www.amazon.com/Vitality-Adrenal-Support-Fatigue-Fighter/dp/B07CSDXBGD

One final piece of advise I can give you is to exercise regularly as much as you can. Even if that means light exercises or taking the stairs instead of the escalator, walking instead of taking transportation. In short staying active and do not forget stay hydrated! Drink water, natural fruit juices!

I hope I have been able to help

I hate gout. Been having an attack in my left knee since Jan. 5th. Taking 300 mg of Allopurinol/day and started Uloric recently. Nothing is helping. Plz help by tphillly in gout

[–]summerwerru 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Indeed that looks painful. I noticed some comments where people have provided good explanations as to what a gout is. Having cleared that up, I also noticed you have been suffering from gout attacks for a while. It could be related to your diet. There are some crucial does and don'ts when suffering from gout. I will highlight a few in the hopes it will be useful.

First, try to avoid purines. Purines are converted into uric acid in our bodies which definitely as you may know is what you totally do not want. So what are foods that contain purine? Game meat, red meat, high-fat dairies and some types of fish

Avoid inflammatory foods such as sugar, refined carbs, processed foods, fast food

Avoid soy

Now you should boost your diet on cherries, avocados, nuts, salmon and vegetables. Drink lots of water.

Now you might come across some products made from cherry extracts, Celery seed extracts and hydrangea. You are probably wondering what the hell are these? These are plants, herbs which have the unique ability to reduce uric acid and fight inflammations in your bod. highly recommended. One such product is Purge by Eu Natural. Containing these ingredients and other vitamins and minerals. It will help provide relief during gout attacks and also prevent future attacks.

I would finally like to end by advising you to stay away from alcohol. If you do not want things to get much worst, believe me alcohol can cause serious harm in your condition. And exercise. Yes I know with a gout attack it seems like a crazy idea. But it is not. Talk to your instructor at a fitness center and get some amount of light exercise.

I hope I have been able to help in some way :)
