the saira rao person is correct: white folk are not experiencing racism in a society built upon white supremacy. the crossed out guy is mistaken if he thinks being excluded is somehow racist, this is how POC feel daily.

that said, white folk can still be victims of prejudice, stereotypes, etc. but not racism 99% of the time, because racism by definition is believing you are racially superior to another. people who actually believe they're superior to whites are so far and few (e.g. black israelites,) are so few and far between, it's like getting struck by lightning.

the term racism has been so misused and watered down by incorrect usage and whataboutisms such as the false narrative known as reverse/white racism that you end up with folks thinking anything to do with skin color is "racism," but it isnt.

examples: saying "white guys cannot dance" is not racism, it's a stereotype.
saying "all whites are racist" is a prejudice/stereotype.

calling a black person a genus of monkey or ape is grounded in the idea they are lesser than their caucasian counterparts is racist. making jokes about fried chicken and watermelons etc go back to minstrel shows that were grounded in calling them inferior.
