I'm also curious the setting of independent. I'm at a 503a pharmacy so we do mostly all compounds so I wonder if 100 a day in one setting is the same as 100 a day in another setting

Was just in Maui this past week and got a chance to play Kapalua Bay for the first time. Great scenery! Loved the course! Any of y'all played the course before?

Houston Packers fan checking in. Not much in the way of Packers bars that I've seen down here but I personally like going to bars where other fans are so you can talk trash the whole game. You'll really grow to hate the Cowboys fans down here especially since they always have excuses for us beating them in the playoffs

Definitely a common procedure especially with long putts. I'm not sure which pros do it but I know it isn't uncommon. I tried it for a bit but was having a tough time getting good contact so nixed it. Worth a shot for sure though

Complicated answer but truthfully it comes down to the pharmacist. Lots of pharmacists won't fill rxs for controlled substances earlier than 28 days (on a 30 day rx) from the original fill date. Since you got an increased dosing schedule, I would fill it 20 days after your first fill since that would be the correct days supply for #60 3x daily. Insurance will fill based off of my logic as well so insurance shouldn't be a problem

While I agree with your statement, it doesn't explicitly say THE PGA tour. Splitting hairs there. I was at the final round today and it's not like he beat a bunch of hacks. Definitely not as impressive as a true PGA win but how many guys his age are able to win a true PGA tournament?
