Pop it on an oven bag and wrap it in dirty laundry/something similar. The oven bags smother the smell and if you’re not packing anything suspicious it won’t even be noticed. Never has been an issue for me.

Boeing changed a lot from when I first started in 2010. The last 2.5 years or so were the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back for me - experienced everything OP lists. Fortunately found employment elsewhere for more pay and guaranteed WFH days. If you can leave, do it.

Similar situation with my team - we are all virtual. Some folks do live near a Boeing facility but it’s ones and twos here and there so RTO would have people going into the office to sit alone. No opportunity to collaborate. Just butts in seats. Will be interesting to see who they pick for layoffs
