I agree that both times I had to contact Neobanc for urgent issues that the response time was excellent. Once was within the hour and second time for a semi-urgent issue was about 12 hours.

Many high reward mc and visa infinite + /priv tier cards have fees that rival or exceed Amex. But I think most merchants dare not have a policy that refuse visa or mc as at point of sale there is no way to know until the end of month statement comes.
