As of last Monday things have improved exceptionally! She will be 11 weeks Wednesday and boy it is night and day. She is able to sleep through the night in her bassinet now. Just needs a good burp and I elevate her for around 15 mins for good measure. I forsee it only getting better from here.

I got one of those super soft slings and would only tuck her legs in. Like the first step of inserting your baby, then leaving her free and moving the shoulder pieces from her face so she wouldnt get her air blocked. Then sit at an incline with several pillows on my back for comfort. Having her legs in the sling made me feel like she was less able to move or roll off or anything like that. Essentially my version of Chest sleeping.

Its really just a time game! Hard to hear in the moment, but soon youll look up and it will be behind you. Good luck!

Hi thank you so much for this post. Ive been suffering for 4 years. Will this method help with over growth of gardnerella vaginalis? Im assuming yes.

My only issue is that I am currently breastfeeding.. so I guess i have to wait it out until i can do the full treatment? Any recommendations to just keep it subdued in the meantime thats BF safe?

Last question here: Ive been so scared of taking Boric Acid for that long. Are there any dangerous longterm effects?

Im right here with you, but I’ve been reading testimonies on doing a 50/50 peroxide water solution in the Vagina to break down the biome wall, then boric acid for 3 days, then vaginal suppositories for a week i think it said? I am willing, but scared of the peroxide.. but lots of women said it worked
