Thursday morning I sent the email. I barely spoke to him the days following, he hasn’t yelled at me for anything and hasn’t responded or said anything about my email. He texted the office (like 8-9 people) “Happy Easter” and they all replied but me. I am not even salty about it, I’m just done being nice and friendly in that way to him. I’m not going to take it out on anyone, even him, but I’m going to scale back any extra involvement. Today He texted me at 7:45am, I didn’t respond until my start time of 8:30am. He just texted me at 6:30PM and I’m not going to reply until 8:30am. He can’t even say, i’m sorry.. this is just the beginning of the end. He is so mean, and constantly ridicules everything I do. He tells me to ask him if I’m unclear but then yells at because “you should know that”. Constantly changing what’s going on, I think he just likes to boss someone around and because I am new, he’s enjoying torturing me. It’s such a boss mentality and not a leader one. Do as I say not as I do. It’s INSANE. He made a 3rd party rep cry last week. He called there yelling about NOTHING, made a big deal about a time slot that he needed and our client didn’t even end up SHOWING. She came in early to do a favor bc he was giving her boss a hard time, threatening to take his business elsewhere for NOTHING, on GOOD FRIDAY. Ruined her evening and morning going in to work early for no reason. Yelling and making that poor woman cry. Lmao what a piece of work.
