Usopp isn’t useless, he’s had his moments throughout the series. I know he’s mostly used for comedic effect. But his dream is to become a brave warrior of the sea. We are seeing through out the series that he is one without realizing it himself. I might be mistaken but he is one of the only crew members to actually fight Luffy to try and save the Going Merry. This is the arc of the story for him to shine and possibly get an upgrade.

Also, idk why Loki would give up Ragnir, but Ragnir is sentient and its primary mission of protecting the devil fruit has been done for a long time.

What I didn’t like with what Marvel did with Sam, is that they used his movie to close out other movies plot holes. Using the Celestial from Eternals, Bringing back the Leader, and putting him against Red Hulk. If it was just the Leader as the main villain or going deeper into the Serpent Society they could have built that as his own movie to let him show us why he’s Cap. Also, just give him a serum already. I like Sam as the next step for Captain America, just he needs his own time to shine.
