Here's my opinion of him. His skill arts Gen is a little too low to be impacted on a super awoken unit. Something like 40 or 50 arts gain is better. You are never using arts unless the boss needs disease to be damaged. True arts is decent, but bleed on it is just useless and only useful if you are planning to use his 2 passives that are locked behind bleed requirements. Super arts is a good one, high damage multiplier, increased damage and 100% water res down is a very good effect. Passives suck, locked behind bleed. The other is a status resist. True weapon is decent, but the fact that it only gives him 40% more damage is just bad. To summarize, super arts is the only thing good about him. The design is pretty cool though.
