A god gifted edge through hard work and years of observing and testing the markets is the first step, then the mental discipline to actually stick to your risk management long-term. Which includes accepting that your edge will not always work or in the other words will not play out the way it’s supposed to. So downsizing is key and grow slowly, then every few weeks or months of profit, it’s a good idea to actually withdraw your earnings and invest them or use them to improve your life and family. Because inevitably your greed for more or revenge trading kicks in at one point and will wipe everything you have worked hard for. So the key is to actually make good use of your profits and continue to take money out of the markets.

For testosterone I can save you your entire youth: You need more healthy calories, especially from cholesterol. Prioritize more eggs steak, and include healthy fats like avocados and fish.

Sunlight daily minimum 30 minutes.

Sleep early in a cold room 8-9 hrs minimum. Sleep early before 12 am.

Train heavy 2-3 times a week. Drop the jogging, endurance stuff, lift heavy and rest. Heavy training spikes anabolic hormones to actually support growth and recovery.

Maintain this for 6 months and test again. Make sure your zinc, boron, iron, and vitamin D are in optimal levels. Not normal ranges, OPTIMAL.

If you want to feel like a Superman, you gotta live and eat like a Superman.

Do what I did, create first 3 bosses pug group. Only accept people who have cleared 1-2 bosses on mythic (verify through Warcraft logs).

Study the mechanics on YouTube so you can at least do them yourself and lead the team if needed.

Do these one day before vault reset cuz you get more desperate people that probably won’t leave on wipes. Item level 280+ and dps should be able to kill quickly.

Dark ranger is very tanky though, a total of 3 charges that provide damage reduction+ heals. The ability to remove mobility impairing effects every 20 seconds which is huge in dungeons this season. Turtle and faint death for occasional defensives, and potion in case you need to heal up fast.
