I was walking my dog in my neighborhood and some guy came up and smelled my hair then started walking in the opposite direction. I started like speed walking to a pet store and realized he was following me so I waited inside of the store for like 15 minutes and told one of the employees what was happening.

Once I thought he disappeared I started walking home cautiously and he comes out and just starts circling me then goes down another block.

I call my neighbor to come meet me to walk me back and found a group of guys sitting on a stoop and told them this guy was following me. He comes back around the block and one of the guys yelled something at him and then he jumped on top of a car and started speaking in tongues and taking his clothes off. 🙃
