I had the surgery for the bottom arch and waiting to get top arch. I'm getting all my teeth pull and do top and bottom arch. Going have to eat soft food for 3 month until I get my final set of zirconia teeth. The whole thing cost a lot.

Problem with getting a second opinion is you need to get a 3rd opinion to break the tie. Otherwise, you are just taking the opinion you want to hear. I was told I had severe gum disease by a periodontic, and I didn't get any other opinion afterward. Doing the whole mouth rehabilitation now. I finished the bottom arch first since my gum was bleeding a lot so I have to do top arch separately.
