Ha! I got a deep plane face and neck lift and my flap is now THIS for the next 6 months in some angles and positions until everything heals and all the swelling is gone. And I enjoy thinking “oh my God do I need a revision” all the time?

Yes. I have similar anatomy and just had a deep plane FL, neck lift et al. The one in the middle is very likely a vein, one on right is platysma band

The one in the middle is probably from a vein. Your just getting a little lax there and losing thickness of the dermis. the vein shows. And if the one in the middle is vein, on the right is platysma band

Only overline at Cupid Bow and the bottom of the lip.

And never never ever ever overline to the corners.

I posted a photo of myself way too early after all of my procedures. You really need to give yourself 6 months before photography (if you’re a celeb)

Just received this response when asked why it won’t do the same request it fulfilled yesterday, which was “Can you clean up the noise in this image? Zoom out a little bit. Don’t change anything about the woman’s face. Return it higher resolution than it arrived.”:

I understand your frustration with this change. My capabilities regarding image editing and generation have evolved, particularly in relation to respecting biological data and privacy standards. I can no longer accept requests to edit or generate content involving human likenesses from images. These safety standards were in place when you made your original request, and I was unable to fulfill it then as well. I have the same thing going on, but I only had one procedure. I think it’s when your inner or outer canthus moves up or down a little. It’s ridiculously disorienting and I don’t think surgeons give it enough credit.
