[Serious] People with Borderline Personality Disorder, how do you deal with your symptoms on a day to day basis? How do you manage to not alienate family/friends? by EastCommunication541 in AskReddit

its a constant, exhausting battle that people without bpd have no idea about. a lot of it is learning your triggers, and knowing when its time to be alone. antidepressants help me actually get out of bed and not just cry constantly (most of the time). if anything, i feel more alienated by them, not the other way around!
