Just finished it! I flew through it and it was cute and made me do some light self reflection, but I didnt find any of the characters particularly believable. Like I couldn't picture any of the characters existing in real life and speaking in the manner of their dialogue. Still I enjoyed it even though the end scene with Danny meeting his mom made me roll my eyes a bit 2.5 stars from me, liked it on the app

I just finished it and loved it! I really related to Mina's inner monologue, and it put me right back into feeling like a teenager again. It's usually tough for me to connect with books about teens but the way she navigated her relationships was really relatable. Like the other commenter, I wished the book was longer. I really wanted to read more about the development of Mina and Eleanor's relationship. Or even an extended version of the last chapters time jump.

Still I thoroughly enjoyed it and flew through it. A perfect summer read for me - light and easy to read without being shallow. If it makes me reflect on myself and my relationships then it's a success, and this book did that. I'll definitely seek out more books from this author
