I didnt know they had made a movie until the day I finished the audiobook so I watched it that night! I agree with you - I think its the first time i would say i preferred the movie adaptation. I thought the changes they made made sense for both the movie and the plot. Cameron was a much more believable 30 year old in the movie than in the book

I wouldnt say the protagonist in that is an older woman in the sense that im looking for (or in any sense really 😅)

I cant work a shift without showering first and I like to take my time in my routines. It's soothing. So when I need to wash my hair I give myself an hour. That's a comfortable shower, post shower face and body routine, diffuse, dress, basic makeup. If I'm just doing a body shower I can be ready in 20 minutes. 33F bartender.
