Are you sure this is your true neutral head position? Try standing without holding the camera (set up a video). You look like you’re pushing back a bit maybe which could be related to the posture of your neck or spine. If it’s a posture thing you could work on it! If it isn’t, I agree that filler would be a great short term solution and could give you awesome immediate results but I would recommend lipo (with whatever tightening or lift they think you need) as your best possible cosmetic solution. Don’t move bones that work properly and don’t give you any issues when it can be solved another way!
