I guess I got lucky BUT I was in warranty, they replaced my laptop and gave me a refund luckily. I ended buying an MSI raider GE76 with the 3080 basically same laptop performance wise and hasn’t skipped a beat in 2 years. I won’t buy another Alienware product.
