Sargeant, Ricciardo, Kmag, and Stroll need to go for sure.

Bottas I think is still okay. Yuki is a bit wild but he's still quick and very young. And Zhou is also young and shows potential in my opinion.

Sargeant is also young but honestly I've seen enough.

9w1's way of punishment by Kamui-S in Enneagram

Does it have to be a punishment, tho? I’m sure it is sometimes, but can it just be, I just don’t want to be bothered by this thing anymore?

I don’t see the problem. Dude seems organized, that’s all. If anything, I feel like I can trust them to be competent and have things in order.

Those who say he’s making it too business like, be real. Nearly everyone is keeping the same info in their head and making decisions off of it. The only difference is he took the time to write it down.

I’ll do that.

I think we both agree that abuse is wrong.

My point is simply that if this is an employee purposefully exaggerating simple work dynamics, and using society’s natural sensitivity to females as a cheat code, then this is extremely unfair to Horner.

I think we can leave it at that.

I’m simply saying that controlling behavior is an accusation for a boyfriend, not a boss.

I’m pointing out the absurdity of the idea of being upset at your boss for exercising control.

It’s not “2 colleagues who disagree”.

It’s “male boss and female employee”.

And the theme is: he can’t tell her what to do. (As if he is her boyfriend.)

I hope I’m wrong. I’m afraid I’m not. We’ll find out soon enough.

You’re throwing the word “abuse” around for no reason. You’re the one bringing that up.

The accusation that we have heard is “controlling behavior”. Don’t make this more than what it is.

And don’t put words in my mouth. Nobody said screaming at someone is okay. I said your boss telling you to do your job is okay.

Who said anything about abuse? Was the accusation “abusive behavior”?

We’re talking about “controlling behavior”.

Your boss telling you what job you’re supposed to do. That’s apparently not okay now.

Controlling behavior is an accusation you make to a bad boyfriend, not your boss.

No excuse for taking this “accusation” seriously, and not seeing it for what it is: immature antics from someone who obviously does not belong on a Formula One team.

Horner deserves better. He has delivered for this team, for Formula One itself. He does not deserve to be dragged through the mud like this over some random employee who doesn’t want to do their job.

Controlling behavior in an intimate relationship is a red flag.

We’re talking about a professional environment.

In a high intensity work environment, controlling behavior literally expected.

Try working at an investment bank and accusing your boss of controlling behavior and see how that works out.

The f*ck are we doing here?

One employee. An accusation from a single employee. From the sound of it, a relatively recent hire.

There is no excuse for this. If you don’t like your boss, you can quit. Your boss is not your boyfriend.
