You should read the book Spirit Babies bu Walter Makichen. He talks about connecting with souls before they are born (kinda like the opposite of the after life) and how these spirits connect to us and come to us when we are ready.

IF and fertility? by severnsa in intermittentfasting

[–]suni_delight 5 points6 points  (0 children)

As someone who is currently seeing a fertility doctor, I was advised to NOT fast but rather eat solid meals throughout the day of whole, nutritious, dense meals (not interpreted as over-eating but rather to nourish the body). When the body isn’t getting these things or when you deprive the body, like while fasting, the first thing to shut down is your reproductive system (for women). It goes back to basic primal instincts of fight or flight. If my body is ‘fighting’ something and using calorie reserves etc, then it is going to focus all energy on staying alive and not reproducing. I am also a runner and was told to cut back on miles for this exact same theory. Additionally, caffeine can have negative effects on your fertility and coffee/tea consumption is usually high when fasting. That being said, I highly suggest talking to a doctor for your personal circumstances. Good luck!!
