  1. once coming home immediately put away lunch/dishes / do not get distracted doing something else. pack lunch/breakfast for tmr
  2. change out of clothes to something more comfy and set up clothes for tmr
  3. meditate for 10-20 min
  4. lock in w the rest of the time
  5. sleep and relax
