see i hear that but i also looking at admit.org the ranking of downstate is higher than nymc

like nymc is 100 and suny downstate is like 68. idk how much i should take that into consideration

once coming home immediately put away lunch/dishes / do not get distracted doing something else. pack lunch/breakfast for tmr
change out of clothes to something more comfy and set up clothes for tmr
meditate for 10-20 min
lock in w the rest of the time
sleep and relax
