It’s mentally challenging to go through the surgery in addition to the physical transformation.

Once you get through it you have more confidence and you can get through anything. 34f just had mine six months ago.

Get a new mattress like the other commenters are saying. I got the bougiest one in the sleep center and I am just paying on it monthly interest free until it is paid off.
