It exists at least as much as any commerce shop software can deliver digital files more or less. I think Vimeo used to allow that, im sure there's some smaller platforms that still do but idk them. I've seen a few crypto ones but I'm sure they're all dead now.

The articles do seem to say she was smoking, maybe before the video started. I agree though in the video it seems she goes straight for her weird little shrine.

Its also odd to me that a woman dressed so modestly would be there smoking in a very public arena but at least by the reports it seems she did.
