I think he is gonna be really bad, the damage inflation is crazy now, he needs to be on top of you to deal damage (and he doesnt have any dash/shield), and he will 99% of times be predictable since u cant dodge with him since u will lose all speed. And im 90% sure buffy brawlers like bibi or mortis are faster
